A few things that resolve most questions on the spot:
- Billing or subscription questions — manage your plan anytime from the Billing page inside Workhorse.
- Director Mode not spotlighting correctly — check that your run-of-show is published and that participant names in Zoom are close enough to match the names on your run-of-show roster. See the Director Mode guide for details.
- Document or AI extraction looks wrong — Workhorse’s AI extraction is a starting point; always confirm dates and details before relying on them for compliance-critical paperwork.
